Daily Itinerary: 

DAY 1 – VANCOUVER
Welcome to the unique and beautiful city of Vancouver!  On arrival, make your way to your hotel to check in, then head out to begin your adventure. (Overnight in Vancouver) 

DAY 2 – VANCOUVER
Get the most of this great city with your included hop-on, hop-off sightseeing tour.  This tour gives you the freedom to explore Stanley Park, Chinatown, Gastown, and the rest of the city without worrying about how to get there, and the live audio commentary gives you all the fascinating stories and history you need for a great experience. (Overnight in Vancouver) 

DAY 3 – VANCOUVER TO VICTORIA
Depart Vancouver Harbour by seaplane for an exciting flight over the Gulf Islands to beautiful Victoria. Take a coach tour to the Victoria Butterfly Gardens and the famous Butchart Gardens. While you’re in Victoria, take time for shopping and visiting museums. Return to Vancouver on a scheduled afternoon flight. (Overnight in Vancouver) 

DAY 4 – OVERNIGHT ONBOARD VIA RAIL
This morning head up to the Vancouver Lookout for some amazing views from the observation deck of the city and the surrounding mountain ranges. Then, in the afternoon, head over to the station to board your VIA Rail train to Jasper.  Once settled in, make your way to the observation car and marvel at the Canadian Rockies prior to enjoying dinner. (Overnight onboard VIA Rail) 

DAY 5 – JASPER
Enjoy life onboard the train this morning and the impressive mountain scenery before pulling into Jasper in the afternoon.  Make your way to the hotel for a two-night stay. (Overnight in Jasper) 

DAY 6 – JASPER
Enjoy a six-hour tour of beautiful Jasper National Park and enjoy some spectacular scenery.  Athabasca Viewpoint, Maligne Canyon, and the mystery of the disappearing water at Medicine Lake will surely be memorable.  You won’t go hungry as lunch is included today, and if travelling between June and September, you also get to enjoy a peaceful cruise on Maligne Lake. Return to Jasper and enjoy the evening on your own. (Overnight in Jasper) L 

DAY 7 – BANFF
Depart Jasper by road today and head to one of the Canadian Rockies’ most beautiful towns, Banff.  En route along the Icefields Parkway, marvel at the abundant wildlife, pristine lakes, and breath-taking mountain peaks around every corner. Visit the great Columbia Icefield then take a ride on the Ice Explorer across the Athabasca Glacier. Step out onto the glass-floored observation platform at the Glacier Skywalk, which hangs over the Sunwapta Valley for some wonderful views. Lunch is also included today. (Overnight in Banff) L 

DAY 8 – HELICOPTER RIDE FROM BANFF
Be prepared for a day unlike any other as you head for the skies aboard a helicopter for some of the best views of the Canadian Rockies.  Enjoy a bird’s eye view of the surrounding alpine meadows and lakes of Banff, then swoop over the famous Three Sisters Peaks, and the dramatic Goat and Sundance mountain ranges. You will see waterfalls, untouched glacial lakes, and undoubtably some wildlife. This 25 minute flight is an extraordinary adventure not to be missed and includes transfers from Banff and back. (Overnight in Banff) 

DAY 9 – BANFF TO CALGARY
Travel from Banff to Calgary by road today via shuttle and after checking in to your hotel head out to enjoy all this unique city has to offer! (Overnight in Calgary) 

DAY 10 – END OF TOUR
Check out of your hotel and continue with your travels.

Mount Royal Hotel

The Mount Royal Hotel's history dates back to 1908 when it opened for business.
