    • (a) This privacy policy sets out how Yankee Leisure Group (“YLG”) and its related bodies corporate, including Yankee Leisure Group Pty Ltd., located at 82 Elizabeth Street, Level 7, Suite 1, Sydney NSW 2000, uses and protects any personal information and certain other information by which you can be identified (Personal Information) that you give YLG when you use a YLG website, call YLG or make a booking with YLG.
    • (b) YLG may change this policy from time to time by updating this page. You should check this page from time to time to ensure that you are happy with any changes.
    • (c) We do not store financial or Personal Information while processing your payment, nor do we share this information with third parties.
    • (d) If you do not consent to us using your Personal Information in accordance with this privacy policy, you should not provide any Personal Information to YLG. If you choose to refuse your consent, we may not be able to provide you with some or all of our services.

    • (c) demographic information such as postcode, preferences and interests; and

Many of these recipients will be overseas.
