DAY 1 PARIS
Welcome to Paris! On arrival make your way to your hotel for a two-night stay, then take a stroll through the St Germain district for a great choice of restaurants. (Overnight Paris)
DAY 2 - PARIS
Explore the city today with your hop-on-hop-off pass and get a great view of the city from a scenic river cruise along the Seine. Explore the antique shops of the Marais district or head up to Montmartre to have your portrait drawn and enjoy the view from the beautiful Sacré-Cœur. DAY 3 - BORDEAUX
Head down to Gare Montparnasse for the highspeed TGV train to Bordeaux. Enjoy the green fields if France as you train head south and no arrival make your way to your hotel for a two-night stay, then enjoy dinner in “La perle d'Aquitaine”. (Overnight Bordeaux) B
DAY 4 - BORDEAUX
Take advantage of your two-day pass today, with access to all Bordeaux’s great museums and galleries. Make your way to the Citi du Vin before 12pm to skip the line and learn everything about the world of wine. (Overnight Bordeaux) B
DAY 5 - BORDEAUX/SAN SEBASTIAN
Continue to enjoy the freedom of your Sightseeing Pass today and some last bits of souvenir shopping before hoping onto the TGV to the border town of Hendaye, where you change onto the train to San Sebastian. After checking in at your hotel head out to enjoy some fresh seafood in one of San Sebastian’s fantastic restaurants. (Overnight San Sebastian) B
DAY 6 - SAN SEBASTIAN
Relax in the iconic seaside resort of San Sebastian today, with a stroll along its picturesque promenade. Head up to the old town district of Parte Vieja and explore the numerous local artists shops and studios along the cobbled streets. (Overnight San Sebastian) B
DAY 7 – BILBAO
Travel by train from San Sebastian to Miranda de Ebro then Miranda de Ebro to Bilbao Abando station. Bilbao is the jewel of the Basque Country with its beautiful architecture and rich culinary history. Restaurants here are often listed as the best in the world! (Overnight in Bilbao) B

DAY 8 - BILBAO
Explore the city with your Hop-on-Hop-off pass today but be sure to hop off at the iconic Guggenheim museum. Take the elevator to the top of the Vizcaya Bridge for a great view of the city, then take a stroll around the Casco Viejo (Old Town) where you’ll find Michelin-starred restaurants together with family-run tavernas and local pinxto bars to feed your appetite. DAY 9 – LEON
Board the train to Leon, and check-in at your hotel for a one-night stay. Capital to the ancient kingdom of Leon, the city is blessed with numerous churches and cathedrals from as late as the 10th century. Be sure to visit Gaudí’s Casa Botines, then enjoy some tapas in Barrio Húmedo. (Overnight Leon) B
DAY 10 – SANTIAGO DE COMPOSTELA
After breakfast continue to explore Leon, then in the afternoon take the direct train to Santiago de Compostela. head to your hotel and check-in, then enjoy dinner in this holy city. (Overnight Santiago de Compostela) B
DAY 11 – SANTIAGO DE COMPOSTELA
Understand the vast history of this city better thanks to private walking tour of its old town, then visit the ancient Cathedral which is the reputed burial site of St James and so the culmination of the Camino de Santiago pilgrimage route. (Overnight Santiago de Compostela) B
DAY 12 – MADRID
Enjoy breakfast at your hotel before taking the morning train to Madrid. After checking in, spend the afternoon exploring the riches that are housed in the Prado museum, then take a stroll over to Puerta del Sol to enjoy some people watching with a glass of wine and some tapas. (Overnight Madrid) B
DAY 13 – MADRID
Your sightseeing pass gives you access a great list of sites and attractions today, including a tour of Las Ventas bull ring and a tour of the beautiful Royal Palace. In the evening you can toast your holiday at some of the best eateries in the city thanks to a small group wine and tapas tour. (Overnight Madrid) B
DAY 14 – END OF TOUR
