Official Rules:
ELIGIBILITY
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. This contest is hosted by Railbookers (“Sponsor”) and is governed by the following Terms and Conditions. The Railbookers Photo Contest is open only to legal residents of the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, New Zealand, and Australia, who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. It is void where prohibited by law. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Railbookers, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and promotional agencies are not eligible to participate.
CONTEST PERIOD & HOW TO ENTER
The contest begins on Monday, 2 February 2026, at 12:00 AM ET and ends on Sunday, 22 February 2026, at 11:59 PM ET. Entries submitted outside of this time frame will not be accepted. To enter, participants must submit original user-generated content, including photo(s) and/or video(s), as outlined in the official contest announcement. Submitted content must relate to rail travel or a Railbookers experience and comply with all stated guidelines. Only one entry per person is permitted unless otherwise specified. Entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, or do not comply with these Official Rules may be disqualified at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
WINNER SELECTION
One (1) winner will be selected based on criteria determined by Railbookers, which may include creativity, originality, quality, and alignment with the Railbookers brand. The winner will be announced on or about February 25, 2026. The winner will be contacted via the contact information provided at entry. If the selected winner does not respond within 72 hours of notification, Railbookers reserves the right to select an alternate winner. Prize details will be disclosed in the official contest announcement. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and has no cash value unless otherwise stated. Any expenses not specifically included as part of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
PRIZE
The winner will receive one (1) Railbookers travel voucher with a value equivalent to $1,000 USD (“Prize”). For winners residing outside the United States, the voucher value will be issued in the local currency equivalent based on the exchange rate determined by Railbookers at the time the Prize is issued. The voucher may be applied toward a future Railbookers booking and is subject to Railbookers’ standard voucher terms and booking conditions. The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and has no cash value. Any difference between the stated value of the Prize and the actual cost of travel is the sole responsibility of the winner. Any expenses not expressly stated as part of the Prize—including but not limited to airfare, accommodations, taxes, fees, insurance, or incidental costs—are the sole responsibility of the winner.
CONDITIONS
By entering the contest, participants represent and warrant that all submitted content is original, that they own all rights to the content, and that the content does not infringe upon the rights of any third party. Any individuals appearing in the content must have provided permission to be featured. By submitting an entry, participants grant Railbookers a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, publish, repost, distribute, display, edit, adapt, and create derivative works from the submitted content, in whole or in part, for marketing, advertising, promotional, and editorial purposes in any media now known or later developed, without additional compensation unless prohibited by law. This includes, but is not limited to, use across Railbookers’ websites, social media platforms, email marketing, digital and print advertising, and other promotional materials. By entering, participants also consent to receive marketing communications from Railbookers, which they may opt out of at any time. All personal information collected will be handled in accordance with Railbookers’ Privacy Policy. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Railbookers, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or damages arising from participation in the contest or the use of submitted content. Railbookers is not responsible for technical issues, internet interruptions, or other circumstances that may affect entry or contest administration. This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform. By entering, participants release such platforms from any liability associated with the contest. Railbookers reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest at any time if fraud, technical failures, or other factors compromise the integrity of the promotion. Railbookers also reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Official Rules.
PUBLICITY AND RELEASE
As a condition of entry into the contest, except where prohibited by law, each entrant and winner grants Railbookers the right to use their name, likeness, social media handle, city, country, and submitted content (collectively, “Licensed Rights”) for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without additional review, approval, or compensation. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Railbookers, which are final and binding in all respects.
