Your customers can select a 3-, 4-, and 5-star all on the same trip - the choice is theirs. We have many options for sightseeing and activities, from small group excursions to private tours in many of our destinations.

Are the packages with Railbookers customisable?
There are many options available for customising your customer's rail holiday. We can add hotel nights to give them extra time to explore a destination, or add additional destinations to help them discover new ones! We can also add transfers for ultimate ease and convenience, and have an extensive range of sightseeing options so that they can make the most of their trip.

When does Railbookers send out travel documents?
Once you book with your customer's deposit or full payment, a confirmation email and invoice will be sent to your email within 24 hours. After we receive full payment, your customer's travel documents will be sent to you by email 14-21 days prior to their departure with Railbookers. If you booked for your customer within 21 days of travel, please remember that you will receive their documentation closer to your departure date.
*Please note: Select rail services are only provided as paper documents. In that case, we will send them to you by mail in addition to your electronic vouchers.
Do you offer a Travel Agent Discount?
Yes, we offer Agents the opportunity to design their very own independent familiarisation trip with our Travel Agent discount of 20% for you and up to 3 travel companions.

When is my customer's final payment due?
Final Payment is conveniently processed using the card we used for the initial deposit, based on your customer's final payment date. This streamlines the process, saving you time by eliminating the need to call us for your customers' final payment. If your customers prefer to use a different card for the final payment, please get in touch with us at least 3 Business Days before the final payment due date to provide updated card information for the remaining balance.

What else do you offer besides train tickets?
We connect the dots and offer a full range of customisable holiday packages, including train tickets, hotels, tours, transfers, and more.
How soon can we book?
Railbookers can help you book anywhere from today to 2 years out. And all you'll need to secure the space and lock in the rate is a small deposit.
Do you always include transfers from the train station to the hotel or from the airport to the hotel?
Not currently, but most of our hotels are strategically placed (typically within the city centre in most cities) and are often a short walk from the train station. We do provide airport transfers in most cities, and often there is even a train that can take guests from the city centre to the airport upon departure. Should your customers prefer to have private transfers organised, these can easily be added when booking.
